Who owns Rina Sawayama’s Masters?

Rina Sawayama is a Japanese-British singer, songwriter, and model. Rina Sawayama is signed to Dirty Hit, a record label run by the 1975’s manager Jamie Oborne that also releases the band’s music.

It is speculated that Matt Healy of 1975 owns her masters. Between December 2018 and April 2023, Healy served as a director of the company.

Rina Sawayama gained recognition with the release of her self-titled debut studio album, “SAWAYAMA,” in 2020.
